Clyde Development Corp. was founded in 2004 and incorporated in 2005 by Frank Baris. Frank holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. He worked in Manhattan and Albany, NY after college in the Corporate IT Training field focusing on State Government clients. That was followed by a short period as an adjunct professor at an Upstate NY community college before moving to the Boulder Colorado area in late 2003. He has since consulted for businesses in the Financial, Manufacturing, Technology, and e-Commerce sectors and specializes in back-end open source technology and networking in a management consultant role allowing him to provide competitive & robust solutions to just about any business IT problem.
